Job Description:

Contentizer is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will assist customers with transactions, payments, order verification, and general service needs while maintaining accurate records and providing a professional customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with customers, and able to handle transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Process cash, credit card, debit card, and other approved payment transactions accurately
• Verify orders, invoices, receipts, and transaction information
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding purchases, services, and payment procedures
• Issue receipts and maintain organized transaction records
• Assist with basic billing and payment-related questions
• Balance cash drawers and report discrepancies to supervisors

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous cashier, retail, customer service, or transaction-handling experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Comfortable handling cash and electronic payment transactions
