Contentizer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our team in Hartford.CT. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics and operational projects. You will work closely with team members to ensure timelines are met, resources are organized, and daily operations run smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily project activities and operational tasks
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with internal teams to support workflow and task completion
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation
- Monitor progress and report updates to supervisors or project leads
- Help identify and resolve minor operational issues as they arise
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
